Title insurance website is to be used by title insurance
representatives and includes custom branding of the website
for the client (placement of photo, custom image, and contact
information). Functionality to include a signup module,
order forms module, sales comps module, marketing materials
module, and a user management module. This website is a
stand alone product to be hosted by Centerpeak LLC.
The subscription is for maintenance and updates provided
to clients who purchased a Title Insurance Website from Centerpeak
LLC. Services include hosting the website, uploading new
PDF's, any bug fixes, and will be provided on a monthly basis
until the termination of the subscription.
2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for
goods and services provided by Centerpeak LLC.

Privacy Policy Centerpeak will not collect any personal information
about you unless you choose to provide that information to us.
Should you provide any personal information, we will use your personal information for internal purposes and for sales solicitations initiated by our company only.
We will not share your personal information with other third party
companies unless you hire us to provide services to you, in which
case we may share your information only during the performance
of services. (Such as setting up a web hosting account)
Termination Policy
Clients that wish to terminate their website or
maintance fee must notify Centerpeak at least 30 days in advance.
Termination of websites can be immediate or at a predetermined date
in the future. Termination of subscriptions and maintenance fees
will terminate by the beinning of the next billing cycle (within
30 days) or at a predetermined date in the future if date is more
than 1 billing cycle (more than 30 days).
